Top Ten Tuesday (11): Top Ten Popular Authors I've Never Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly blog meme hosted by The Broke and Bookish that allows readers to share their lists and opinions on a number of subjects from their top ten book covers to their top ten villains.

This week's topic for March 3rd is:

Top Ten Popular Authors I've Never Read

I was debating on whether or not I should list the reasons why I haven't read these authors, but... let's just say I plan to read books from some of these authors some day. Other authors? Not so much. Anyway, what are some popular authors that you haven't read? Do you feel like you're missing out when you haven't read a popular series?

  1. Mafi and Rossi are on my list too, and I haven't read Murakami and Hodkin either! I can't believe you haven't read all the rest yet, though! both of Steph Perkins' books are awesome, I reviewed them on my blog. JLA's Obsidian and White Hot Kiss were awesome as crap, also reviewed. As you can see from my blog name, I absolutely adore Roth's Divergent, and finally, Mead's Vampire Academy is one of my favorite series ever! Hope you give these a chance soon! Happy reading! :)

  2. First time I've seen Michelle Hodkin on someones list!! Mara Dyer is addicting and I can't wait for the last book to come out! Stephanie Perkins and John Green are great too. Besides those I haven't read any of the other authors on your list either. I was thinking of reading Obsidian bc I own it... but I'm still in the thinking about it stage LOL. Same with Shatter Me. Thinking about it!!

  3. Michelle Hodkin! <3 You must pick up her books! :D At least you didn't have to wait so long for the third book after the cruel end of the second if you haven't read the books yet and can instead read the series in a whole. :)
IMO you haven't miss anything with not having read Veronica Roth. I liked Divergent but the rest of the series wasn't as good anymore. There are way better dystopian novels out there!
